We can provide you with paperwork or companies can choose to use their own. Functional Capacity Evaluations can also be tailored specifically to designated roles within your company.

How do you develop a Return To Work or Sport program?

By working with our physiotherapists and GPs, our Exercise Physiologists has developed a graduated Return To Work/Sport exercise program that will help you return to functional movement, specific to your workplace or sporting tasks.

Our Exercise Physiologists can turn a long-term chronic injury into a manageable and readily-treated issue.

What sports-specific training do you offer?

Your ability to maximise your sporting performance can be enhanced by our Exercise Physiologists and their application of current Sports Science techniques.

Application and variation of the FITT principle will be applied to best suit your individual goals.
