Telehealth aims to remove some of the barriers to accessing medical services for Australians who have difficulty getting to a specialist or live in rural and remote areas.
To assist in the liaising between your GP and Specialist, Brecken Health Care offers teleconferencing for patients. Follow up appointments are made between yourself, your GP and the specialist to discuss results and ongoing care for your health.
This allows you to have the latest treatment advice without the inconvenience of having to travel long distances.
We also currently offer telehealth phone consults with all our GPs. If you are unable to get in to see your doctor or have symptoms of COVID 19, we can do your consult over the phone. Please call our reception team and ask for more information or to book an appointment.
