Dr Jasmin Bartolome

About

Dr Jasmin Bartolome completed her medical degree at the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines. Prior to moving to Australia in 2015, she practised medicine in the Philippines for 10 years, with specialty training and clinical experience in Adult Infectious Diseases and Internal Medicine. 

Since relocating to Australia, Dr Bartolome has gained extensive experience within the Australian healthcare system, working as a Resident Medical Officer for 3.5 years across regional and tertiary hospitals including Bunbury Regional Hospital and Royal Darwin Hospital, where she managed a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. 

Dr Bartolome has a broad interest in all areas of general practice and is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care to individuals and families across all stages of life. She has a particular interest in Chronic Disease Management and Preventive Medicine and plans to further develop these areas throughout her career. 

In addition to her medical qualifications, Dr Bartolome holds a Master of Business Administration (Professional Practice) from Charles Darwin University. She also brings valuable experience from the community sector, having worked in Community Services Alcohol and Other Drugs programs in an Aboriginal rehabilitation setting in Darwin Northern Territory. This diverse background has strengthened her holistic approach to healthcare and her commitment to supporting the wellbeing of individuals and communities. 

Dr Bartolome is passionate about building long-term therapeutic relationships with her patients and helping them achieve the best possible health outcomes through evidence-based, compassionate care.
