Dr Rayneel is originally from Fiji. He graduated from the Fiji School of Medicine with an MBBS in 2013. He has extensive work experience across public and private hospitals in Fiji, in the settings of primary care, public health, emergency medicine, internal medicine, general and orthopaedic surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, and paediatrics.
He has worked solely as a General Practitioner in the private sector over the past five years. During this time, he also pursued his Masters in Family Medicine and MRCGP[INT] through distance learning from the University of Nicosia in Cyprus, successfully graduating in 2025.
Beyond clinical work, he holds executive roles with the Fiji College of General Practitioners as their Censor-in-Chief, and is also a member of the Fiji Medical Professionals Standards Committee.
He loves travelling and meeting people from different cultural backgrounds and exploring new cuisines.
